Jennifer Guerin

Research Assistant

Jennifer is a Master’s student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Learning and Teaching program. She holds a B.A. in History and American Studies from Smith College, and prior to coming to Harvard, she worked as an Educator at the Old State House, one of the sites on Boston’s Freedom Trail. She is interested in non-traditional learning environments, learning outside of schools, and finding ways to bring outside expertise and support to teachers.  Her work at the Democratic Knowledge Project is focused on resources for teaching and learning about the Declaration of Independence.
